Our client is undertaking a significant programme of work across Business Risk & Resilience (BRR), with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) a core pillar of this agenda.
We are seeking experienced TPRM subject matter experts to support the design and delivery of new Target Operating Models across a variety or supplier classifications, including internal, external and specialist suppliers to the Bank (FMI).
These roles sit within a high‑profile transformation programme focused on strengthening non‑financial risk capability, meeting regulatory expectations, and operationalising third‑party risk management at scale and we are keen to engage with Subject matter experts and successful delivery leads/Project or Programme managers.
This is a delivery‑focused role, well suited to candidates who enjoy hands‑on transformation work rather than purely advisory or BAU oversight roles; Long-term contracts are available.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering TPRM change and transformation within a large financial services organisation
- Supporting the design, implementation, and embedding of:
- TPRM operating models
- Governance and control frameworks
- End‑to‑end third‑party risk processes
- Working with senior stakeholders across Risk, Procurement, Operations, Technology, and Compliance
- Supporting regulatory and audit outcomes through practical, delivery‑led solutions
- Operating effectively in an environment with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and tight regulatory expectations
What We’re Looking For
We are keen to speak to candidates who bring:
- Banking and change-management experience and/or Management Consulting background
- Proven experience with hands‑on TPRM delivery of change
- Credibility engaging with senior stakeholders, regulators, and assurance teams
