Manager – Transaction Services – Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure
Our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice comprises approximately 500 people across the UK, organised to align to KPMG’s market orientated structure, and is at the heart of the Firm's agenda to increase its penetration of boardrooms and work with clients across the economic and transaction cycle.
Our team works closely with colleagues across Deal Advisory as well as Tax, Audit and other Advisory teams; it is a multi-disciplinary and international environment that sits right at the heart of our One Firm agenda.

We are looking for managers to join our Energy, Natural Resources (ENR) and Infrastructure team to support the continued growth of our TAS business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing small and medium-sized financial due diligence engagements, as well as leading key aspects of larger transactions and carve-outs across Energy and Infrastructure sectors. Relevant experience should include industries such as oil & gas, chemicals, regulated utilities, renewables, infrastructure assets, transportation, and data centres.
The role offers the opportunity to work with market-leading transaction advisory professionals across the ENR and Infrastructure sectors, with a clearly defined progression path. The successful candidate will be supported in advancing to the next grade upon demonstrating the ability to take full ownership of large and complex engagements, together with the technical expertise, leadership skills, sector knowledge and behaviours required at that level.
