About The Platform We are incr easingly the preferred expert adviser to infrastructure investors across EMEA after a period of record organic growth in our integrated corporate affairs platform. As a global expert firm, we work with half of the 100 largest private equity sponsors and 8 out of the 10 largest asset owners globally by AuM. We partner with investors and asset owners of all types investing in UK and European infrastructure and real assets to help manage and mitigate risk throughout the deal, asset, portfolio, and fund lifecycle. Our competitive edge is mobilising the firm’s technical sector expertise as part of a global management consultancy to partner with clients facing policy, regulatory, and public reputational challenges and opportunities – be it for a Board, shareholder, or a portfolio company management team. We have a developed range of deep sector experience advocating for clients investing in and operating regulated, social, transport, and digital infrastructure assets. About The Role We are looking for a senior corporate affairs professional to join our firm and take our advice and reach for infrastructure investors in EMEA to the next level. This is an exciting opportunity for you to deploy your full corporate affairs toolkit, including corporate and financial communications, public policy advocacy, corporate governance, and investor relations to help senior clients in high-pressured situations use stakeholder engagement as a means to influence change.
