As part of AO's Advertising & Campaigns team based in our Bolton head office, you'll be at the heart of making sure customers know exactly why we're different. Working alongside our Marketing Lead and a brilliant bunch of marketers, you'll help bring exciting campaigns to life that put AO front and centre and keep us top of mind. From shouting about our amazing products and services to creating campaigns that genuinely connect with customers, you'll own the process from brief to launch. You'll work with teams from right across the business to deliver creative, targeted and effective campaigns that make an impact and drive results.

One day you could be helping launch a major brand campaign, the next you're brainstorming fresh ideas, analysing results or finding new ways to make our marketing even better. Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
- Owning marketing campaigns from start to finish, bringing brand and retail activations to life and making sure everything lands on time, within budget and delivers against objectives.
A Few Things About You
- Has hands-on experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns from initial brief through to execution, reporting and optimisation.
- Marketing experience gained in a fast-paced retail, e-commerce, consumer brand or agency environment.
- Knows how to create strong creative briefs and has experience working across upper-funnel channels such as TV, radio and out-of-home advertising.
- Builds great relationships easily and is confident working with a wide range of stakeholders, from specialists and suppliers through to senior leaders.
- A passion for marketing and is always looking to learn, improve and stay ahead of emerging trends whilst having a keen eye for detail and takes pride in producing great work.
- Brings plenty of energy, enthusiasm and a proactive attitude, with the confidence to take ownership and keep projects moving.
- Is highly organised, can juggle multiple priorities and consistently delivers to deadlines without compromising quality.
