An exciting opportunity has arisen for internal staff members to work as a Band 7 MSK Team Lead at UHCW. This post is a 12 month secondment to cover an MSK Team Lead role at UHCW. This is a full time role which will allow staff member the opportunity to gain experience working as part of the leadership team at UHCW, working closing with our exisiting Team Leads, CSM and Leads on other sites.
Staff will have the chance to take on Leadership responsibilities, working on projects, staff management and ensuring the safe and efficent delivery of the MSK service.
This role will allow staff to develop both their leadership and management skills whilst maintaining their clinical skills.

Secondment will be considered for internal candidates - If you are successful after interview, you must obtain approval from your current line manager to accept the offer.
Successful applicants will be required to provide an immunisation and vaccination report, from either their current UK occupational health provider or their UK GP.
To plan, co-ordinate, deliver, evaluate and manage a high-quality therapy service to MSK Outpatients at UHCW, on a day-to-day basis. To ensure the service is efficient and evidenced based. To provide a source of highly expert specialised knowledge in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
