About The Role
As Operations Manager, Driver (Growth Bets) you will be responsible for one of two areas: Vehicles and Electrification or London Black Cabs (LBC) within the UK Driver Operations team. The choice between the two areas will depend on the candidate profile. This role sits at the intersection of supply, demand, marketplace, and partnerships. It also is responsible for driving the electrification of our supply across the UK, and preparing our supply for new premium category requirements.
Success will require close collaboration with numerous local and international teams, including UK Driver, UK Marketplace, UK Rider, UK Regs, U4B, Policy, Legal, Business Development, Hailables, Product, and Tech.
