We have an opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our team at Poole Audi.
As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our busy aftersales operation by ensuring the workshop, technicians and retail customers receive the correct parts efficiently and on time. Delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate stock control and building strong relationships with both internal and external customers will be at the heart of everything you do.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supplying parts to our busy workshop and retail customers.
Identifying and ordering parts accurately using manufacturer systems.
Managing stock, deliveries and regular inventory checks.
Processing customer orders, sales and enquiries.
Preparing parts for scheduled workshop jobs.
Delivering outstanding customer service at every interaction.
What you will need to be a Parts Advisor at Poole Audi
Experience in an automotive Parts or Service environment.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
A team player who thrives in a busy environment.
Passion for delivering great customer experiences.
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm (1-hour lunch) + 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9:00am to 1:30pm.
A uniform will be provided.
