Payroll Advisor - Crypto Trading and Market Maker

A leading crypto capital markets partner is looking for a Payroll Advisor to manage end-to-end payroll across multiple international locations. Working closely with an external payroll provider, you'll ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time. The company has over a decade of experience supporting founders and institutions through institutional-grade market making, OTC trading and strategic venture capital.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll across multiple international locations.
• Process starters, leavers, salary changes, and back pay.
• Review payroll outputs and resolve discrepancies with the payroll provider.
• Ensure accurate payroll calculations, including tax, benefits, and statutory payments.
• Respond to employee payroll queries.
• Support year-end payroll activities and compliance.
• Work closely with HR and Finance to maintain accurate payroll data and improve processes.

Experience:

• 3+ years' payroll experience, ideally within a multinational or financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK and US payroll; international payroll experience is advantageous.
• Experience managing outsourced payroll.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Familiarity with HiBob, CloudPay, Confluence, or Jira is beneficial.

Location: London, 3/2

Salary: Up to £50k
