We are recruiting for a Performance Reporting Lead Associate to join the Organisational Performance and Insights (OP&I) team within the Finance Division at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). This is a high-profile role responsible for shaping and delivering organisational performance reporting and management information for senior FCA decision-makers, including the Executive Committee (ExCo) and Board. The successful candidate will lead a small team while playing a hands-on role in driving reporting excellence, performance insight and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead the development, maintenance and enhancement of a suite of automated dashboards which translate organisational performance information into actionable insight for Executive decision-making
- Oversee the curation of information sources, data preparation and visualisation of performance trends using core data systems, the FCA data lake and Tableau
Experience establishing and gaining buy-in for a vision and pragmatic roadmap to continuously improve performance reporting, management information and strategy delivery reportingFamiliarity with FCA functions, processes, supporting systems and data, or experience working within a comparable regulatory or highly regulated environmentUnderstanding of the regulatory landscape and the ways in which organisations authorise, supervise and enforce regulatory requirementsStrong understanding of organisational performance measurement and how outcomes, outputs and activities flow across multiple business areasAbility to work collaboratively across diverse teams, valuing different perspectives and building trusted relationships to achieve shared objectivesAbility to manage a heavy and varied workload, work effectively under pressure and deliver to tight monthly and quarterly reporting cycles
