SOC 2481 (68% match) is an eligible occupation, with a going rate of £41,700, and BAM UK & Ireland is a licensed sponsor. That is our reading of the rules. Whether they issue a Certificate of Sponsorship is still their call.
This could also be SOC 2455 (Construction project managers and related professionals, If role focused on managing overall construction project delivery rather than planning programmes.) or SOC 2127 (Engineering project managers and project engineers, If role involved scheduling and overseeing engineering projects as project engineer.). The offer must clear both the general threshold and the SOC 2481 going rate of £41,700. New-entrant and shortage discounts can lower it.
