You will be working in the Infrastructure function working on our Anglian Water Project. Through our role in the @one Alliance, we’re helping Anglian Water deliver a £2.6?billion investment in vital infrastructure. From civil works to water treatment facilities, this programme strengthens environmental protection across the East of England - safeguarding water resources for generations to come.We are currently looking for an Planning Manager who will deliver projects safely, on time, and sustainably - driving efficiency and strong performance without compromising governance.

As The Planning Manager, You Will

• Develop and maintain robust project plans aligned with @one Alliance and Anglian Water standards.
• Provide strategic planning insight to optimise resources, manage dependencies and mitigate risk.
• Communicate key milestones, progress, and planning updates clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across project teams.
• Champion health, safety, and wellbeing, ensuring these principles are embedded throughout all planning activities.
  
  

We Are Looking For

• Proven track record in planning major projects, ideally within the water or civil engineering sector.
• Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and collaborative planning techniques.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage, develop, and inspire planning teams.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making to drive project success.
