Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent
About the Role
We are seeking a Product Engineer to join our engineering team. This is a hybrid role requiring 1 day per week on-site in our Cardiff office, offering a balance of collaborative in-person working and remote flexibility.
In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and fellow engineers to solve complex business challenges and build high-quality digital products used by thousands of learners and instructors across the UK.
You won't just write code, you will take true ownership of features from discovery and design through implementation, deployment, and production support.
A Note on Our Tech Stack & AI: Our core ecosystem includes TypeScript, React, Node.js, GraphQL, Flutter, and AWS. However, we hire for problem-solving, strong engineering judgment, and adaptability over specific tech stack mastery.
