About the role
Insight Global is looking for a Product Engineer to join one of there large Semiconductor clients! You will Support New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from concept through product release and manufacturing transfer, working closely with Design, Test, Validation, Quality, Reliability, Applications, Marketing, and Operations teams.
This position will be a full-time permanent position. You will be expected to be onsite Monday-Thursday, working remotely on Fridays.
Targeting the following skillsets:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (Master’s preferred)
- Experience in semiconductor product, test, or design engineering (relevant internships considered).
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools such as Excel or JMP.
- Foundational understanding of semiconductor physics and analog/mixed-signal IC principles.
- Exposure to DfT, DfM, and ATE methodologies advantageous.
- Awareness of ATE platforms (e.g., Advantest, Teradyne) and bench test equipment beneficial.
- Understanding of semiconductor qualification standards (JEDEC, HTOL, ESD, Latch-up) beneficial.
- Strong analytical mindset, structured problem-solving ability, and effective communication skills
