At Dennis Eagle, we design and manufacture industry-leading refuse collection vehicles that help keep communities cleaner, safer and more sustainable. Our CAB manufacturing facility in Blackpool plays a critical role in producing high-quality vehicle cabs that form the heart of our products, and we're looking for a Production Engineer to help drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.

  • Driving continuous improvement and value engineering initiatives.
  • Creating and maintaining build instructions, process documentation and manufacturing data.
  • Working closely with Production, Engineering and other departments to resolve manufacturing challenges and improve performance.

What we're looking for

You may already be working as a Production Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer or Continuous Improvement Engineer and enjoy finding practical ways to improve how things are made.

We're particularly interested in people with:

  • Experience within a manufacturing or production engineering environment.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques.
  • Experience supporting new product or process introduction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach.
  • HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
  • CAD experience, such as Solid Edge or similar software.

If this opportunity excites you and you believe you have relevant skills and experience, we encourage you to apply. We'd love to hear what you could bring to our team!
