Project Director – Major Healthcare Project
Location: West Yorkshire A once-in-a-generation opportunity.

GRAHAM are to be appointed as Contracting Partner for the regeneration of a major general hospital site, forming a flagship scheme within the UK’s New Hospital Programme.

This landmark project will deliver a large-scale, digitally enabled healthcare facility (circa 82,000m² of new build plus refurbishment), using innovative, industrialised construction methods to modernise the NHS estate and transform patient care for future generations. We are now seeking an exceptional Project Director to play a leading role in delivering this high-profile scheme.

The Role
As Project Director, you will provide strategic leadership and full project oversight on one of the UK’s most significant healthcare infrastructure projects.

You will lead high-performing teams, build strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure successful delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
· Provide strategic leadership across all aspects of the project lifecycle
· Lead, motivate and develop multidisciplinary delivery teams
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
· Drive commercial performance, overseeing budgets and cost control
· Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring robust delivery strategies
· Champion innovation, best practice, and continuous improvement
· Represent GRAHAM at senior client and industry level

About You
· Proven experience as a senior leader (10+ years) within construction project delivery
· Strong track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects
· Experience within healthcare or major infrastructure projects is highly desirable
· Commercially astute with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
· Ability to operate at a strategic level while driving delivery excellence
