Major loss adjusting practice seeks to expand its Property Division by hiring two additional adjusters in the South West region

The positions are home-based, where you will manage domestic and commercial losses up to £100,000 in value

You will have the autonomy to handle these losses supported by a strong desk-based team, with a manageable caseload of 60-70 losses to ensure a professional handling of your portfolio in a pressure-free environment

Candidates should have a minimum of 2-3 years in a general property adjusting role, with experience preferred over formal qualifications

Progress with CII/CILA is favored and rewarded through salary

The positions are home-based but require travel as needed

Salary includes a basic salary of £55-60,000, plus bonus, car, pension, and 25 days of holiday.
