SOC 2412 is an eligible occupation, but we classified this role with low confidence (57% match). If the code is right — and McHale & Co Solicitors is a licensed sponsor — it should qualify, but double-check the occupation eligibility rules against the actual role.
About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Real Estate Finance Solicitor (1–2 years PQE) to join our growing Real Estate Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with previous experience in property finance who is looking to develop their career in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
The successful candidate will have experience advising on a range of real estate finance transactions and will be confident managing their own caseload while working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm.

The offer must clear both the general threshold and the SOC 2412 going rate of £51,600. New-entrant and shortage discounts can lower it.
