The Role
As a member of the TST, you’ll undertake varied Real Estate assignments including
• managing electronic data sites
• reviewing leases and drafting and negotiating deeds
• supporting transactions through to completion
• provide regular client updates
• handle post-completion work
What We're Looking For
• excellent attention to detail
• strong organisational skills
• effective communication and a proactive, enthusiastic attitude
• a strong work ethic with commercial awareness and an interest in legal technology are essential.
Previous Real Estate paralegal experience is relevant but not essential.
