Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Analyst Intern to support the sales process by keeping track of ongoing opportunities, liaising with the sales team and the customer, and applying decision-making skills to select optimal opportunities for pursuit. This role offers hands-on exposure to real business challenges, stakeholder interactions, and helps develop a comprehensive understanding of bid processes within a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Understanding the bid process for a large multinational organisation

Tracking multiple active and proactive opportunities across various customer portals

Liaising with the sales and pre-sales teams to selectively pursue promising opportunities

Compiling regular reports and presentations documenting opportunity details and status Responding to written customer requirements in a comprehensive, timely and professional manner

Participating in workshops, meetings, and requirement discussions

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, and HR

Key Skills & Competencies

Core Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Copilot, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Technical (Preferred) Skills
• Knowledge of a programming language, such as C+, Python, and Database knowledge may be useful
