What you'll do as our Sales Development Representative
Over 12 weeks, you'll build the knowledge, confidence and commercial skills to sell business connectivity, managed networks and infrastructure solutions. Working alongside experienced sales leaders, you'll learn how to identify opportunities, grow customer relationships and sell multiple technology solutions.
This isn't classroom training- it's real commercial experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where you'll be trusted with responsibility from day one.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for sales people who have 2 years sales experience and are:
- Commercially ambitious and motivated to succeed
- Coachable, curious and eager to learn
- Resilient, competitive and confident under pressure
- Ready to take ownership and drive their development and performance
- Excellent communication skills across written, phone, and face-to-face interactions
- Available to attend an assessment centre on Friday 7th August

What you’ll get
- £30,000 salary during the 12-week Fast Track programme
- Up to £35,000 base salary on successful appointment into the commercial team
- Uncapped commission
- 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
