Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Executive role is based in the Greater Lincoln Area, United Kingdom. The Sales Executive is responsible for welcoming and engaging customers in the showroom, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable vehicles and services in a clear, professional manner. Daily activities include managing customer enquiries, arranging test drives, preparing and explaining quotations and finance options, and guiding customers through the entire sales process from first contact to handover. The role involves maintaining accurate records in dealership systems, following up with prospects and existing customers, and working closely with colleagues and manufacturer partners to meet individual and team sales targets. The Sales Executive is also expected to uphold Marshall Motor Group’s standards of customer service, compliance, and brand presentation at all times.
