Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role is in our Fixed networks team, our team is responsible for providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks across the Group. Want to come and be a part of it?
What will you be doing?
You'll thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, ensuring all client KPIs and SLAs are delivered to the highest standard. You’ll work closely with Asset Owners to secure timely ZOI approvals while championing strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Providing exceptional customer service is at the heart of what you do. Your day-to-day tasks will include maintaining precise records of ownership, progress, and approvals, as well as resolving issues promptly—escalating to the ZOI Manager when necessary. Above all, you’ll ensure strict adherence to the ZOI Process and guidelines at all stages.
