About This Opportunity
This role supports the School Organisation Officers in delivering Cumberland’s Sufficiency Strategies, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective school place planning. You’ll assess the impact of changes in birth rates, new housing developments, contribute to strategic decision-making, and manage vital data to inform statutory returns and policy.
A key part of the role is maintaining accurate school capacity and pupil forecasts, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and supporting consultations on school organisational changes. This is a varied and analytical role, requiring strong data handling skills, stakeholder engagement, and a sound understanding of educational policy and statutory duties.
This role is available on a permanent basis.
