About the role
Senior Architectural Technologist – Prime Residential
London | Hybrid Working | Competitive Salary
My client is an established architectural practice with an excellent reputation for delivering high-end projects across the UK and internationally.
They are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their London team, working on bespoke private residential projects alongside a broad consultant team.
The Role
You will play a key role in the technical delivery of prestigious residential schemes, coordinating design information and working closely with architects, consultants and contractors.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years’ UK architectural experience, with strong technical and construction-stage experience.
- Proven experience delivering high-end / prime residential projects.
- Advanced knowledge of Revit, BIM, AutoCAD and NBS.
- Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, detailing, specifications and technical compliance.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams.
- Confident working with contractors, responding to RFIs and resolving technical issues.
- Experience with refurbishment, extensions, listed or historic buildings would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of building fabric, thermal upgrades and retrofit desirable.
- Experience mentoring junior staff.
- CIAT membership or progression towards chartership advantageous.
