As an Oracle Project Manager, you will shape and deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion delivery strategies, leveraging AI-enabled tools and accelerators to improve test design, automation, defect prediction, reporting, and delivery efficiency. You will work with senior client stakeholders, cross-functional delivery teams, and Oracle specialists to ensure quality is embedded throughout large-scale transformation programmes.

As an Oracle Project Manager, in Oracle Delivery Services, you will have the opportunity to:

Essentials:

• Oracle ERP delivery experience - Practical experience managing delivery activities across Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion Cloud programmes
• Project management and delivery control - Ability to manage plans, risks, issues, dependencies, actions, scope, resources and budgets across complex workstreams.
• Stakeholder and client management - confident working with client stakeholders, delivery teams and third parties, with the ability to manage expectations, communicate clearly and escalate issues appropriately.

Desirables:

• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud modules such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR or Payroll, with relevant Oracle certifications beneficial but not essential.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools, automation, and data-driven techniques to improve test design, execution, reporting, risk identification, and defect prediction, driving efficiency and innovation throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Programme Management skills and practical experience of methodologies like PRINCE2, Agile, or Waterfall, planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder management
• Experience in a consulting environment
• Oracle Certifications in Finance, P2P, or Supply Chain or other core Oracle products

You’ll be based in Belfast, London, or Manchester with hybrid working.
