Job Title: Senior Creative Strategist @ High-Growth Challenger Brand

Location: Central London (Hybrid)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 DOE

A fast-growing, challenger consumer brand is looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to take ownership of one of their performance creative pods, setting the standard for quality and mentoring the strategists around them.

The business has built a genuine reputation for producing some of the best-performing DTC creative in the UK, and this is a leadership role for someone who's already excellent at making performance creative and is ready to multiply that impact through others. You'll combine hands-on creative output with real ownership of a pod's direction, quality and output, working closely with a highly experienced growth team on ad content across Meta.

If you're a natural leader and storyteller, obsessive about craft, and excited by the challenge of making scroll-stopping ads while developing the people around you, this is a standout opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop original ad concepts grounded in performance data, category insight and audience understanding
• Own the creative process end-to-end: concept, scripting, filming, editing and delivery
• Mentor and coach a pod of strategists, supporting their growth and maintaining a high standard of output
• Take accountability for the quality and consistency of your pod's output, alongside your own
• Use performance data and test results to shape your pod's creative roadmap and priorities

Skills & Experience Required

• 3+ years' experience in content creation or paid social ads, including mentoring or leading others' output
• A natural storyteller with a strong instinct for hooks, pacing and structure of performance ads
• Experience making content for Meta and/or TikTok, either for a brand or your own channels
