About the role
Senior Engagement Lead - Risk Consulting
* 3-Month Contract
* Up to £600 per day (PAYE/Umbrella)
* Hybrid Working Monday to Friday 9-5pm (35hrs)

Our Insurance client is currently seeking an experienced Senior Engagement Lead - Risk Consulting to support the delivery of enterprise risk and business continuity projects within a fast-paced consulting environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a risk professional with strong Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity experience who is looking to join a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of enterprise risk management and operational resilience engagements.
* Conduct risk assessments and facilitate stakeholder workshops.
* Assist in the development and enhancement of business continuity frameworks and plans.
* Support business continuity testing, exercises and programme development.
* Identify, assess and document strategic and operational risks.
* Produce high-quality reports, risk documentation and client deliverables.
* Engage effectively with stakeholders at varying levels across organisations.
* Contribute to the successful delivery of consulting projects and workstreams.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience within Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).
* Strong background in Business Continuity and Operational Resilience.
* Experience supporting risk consulting, advisory or transformation engagements.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving and reporting capabilities.
Desirable
* Experience working within sectors such as manufacturing, retail, engineering, logistics, utilities or defence.
* Exposure to risk framework design, governance and control environments.
* Understanding of operational resilience programmes and best practices.
