About the role
- The role: Senior Full Stack Developer (Java / TypeScript)
- Contract: Permanent / Full-time
- Salary: £70,000 – £85,000 basic (DOE) + 10% bonus + 10% shares + benefits
- Location: London: hybrid (1 to 2 days per month in office)

About you:
- 6 to 8+ years of full stack development experience - please note that this is a senior role and the experience requirement is non-negotiable
- Strong Java / Spring Boot: backend core
- Strong TypeScript: modern frontend
- Solid, practical understanding of Domain Driven Design (DDD) and microservices architecture
- Full stack capability across UI, API, and data layers
- Cloud-native: ideally AWS
- Docker / Kubernetes / GitLab / MongoDB / Maven
- Comfortable working directly with stakeholders and guiding technical decisions
- Interest or experience in AI-assisted development practices: actively encouraged here
Right to work: Candidates must have the right to work in the UK freely (no visa sponsorship or relocation available). SC Clearance eligibility is highly desirable though not an absolute requirement: candidates should hold a British Passport or ILR, have resided in the UK for the last 5 years, and have no criminal record or financial irregularities.
