Working alongside an experienced team, serving all of our 7 UK offices on projects across the UK, you will get involved with a wide variety of geotechnical and land contamination projects covering sectors including energy, infrastructure, development/regeneration projects and local authorities.
As a senior geotechnical/geoenvironmental engineer, you’ll be responsible for planning and undertaking project investigations, with a balance between office based project management and site-based work. This will include both geoenvironmental and geotechnical site investigations, data interpretation and reporting, geotechnical design, and site supervision of remediation and earthworks projects. The role would suit someone proactive with a ‘can do’ approach, close attention to detail, enthusiasm to get the job done well, and ability to get on with a wide range of people.
Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
You will be required to plan your work in a structured manner, working with colleagues in addressing peaks and troughs in resource demand, and help to prioritise project delivery.
