Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our Microsoft Applications practice.

In this role, you will provide expert consultancy, support, solution design, development, and technical leadership across a portfolio of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. You will work closely with customers to understand business requirements, design scalable solutions, deliver enhancements, and support the ongoing optimisation of their Dynamics 365 environments.

As a senior consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing technical expertise across the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem while supporting delivery teams in the successful implementation and support of business-critical solutions. You will contribute to solution architecture, application customisation, integrations, upgrades, migrations, and continual service improvement initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Dynamics 365 professional who enjoys combining technical expertise, customer engagement, and solution delivery within a managed services and consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with customers through technical expertise and professional consultancy.

Drive the successful delivery of enhancements, upgrades, and platform improvements.

Improve solution performance, maintainability, and user adoption.

Reduce recurring issues through effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Support the growth of the Dynamics 365 capability through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and technical leadership.

Contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and continued service growth opportunities.

Ensure solutions are aligned with Microsoft best practices, governance standards, and operational support requirements.
