le:The Senior Platform Engineer is a key builder of the central platform that all software engineering teams consume to accelerate delivery and reduce friction. They design, implement, and maintain the platform’s components - CI/CD templates, AI agent configurations, golden path tooling, reference patterns - and ship them as products: discoverable, self-service, instrumented for adoption, and tuned to the real workflows of the engineers using th

ally):● Strong software and platform engineering skills with production experience building developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure autom

ation.● Hands-on experience with Claude Code (or equivalent agentic CLI tooling - Cursor, Codex CLI, Cline, Aider): writing custom skills, building subagent systems, implementing MCP servers, and authoring AGENTS.md/CLAUDE.md context

files.● Platform-as-a-product mindset: builds reusable assets with their consumers in mind, prioritises discoverability and self-service, and validates designs against real adoption rather than assumed
