A unique opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of a major buildings package on one of the UK’s most significant infrastructure programmes.
Joining at ECI / PCSA stage means you will have the opportunity to shape the buildings package, rather than simply inherit it. You will have genuine influence over design, procurement, sequencing and the delivery strategy.
The buildings package will encompass a Maintenance Building, a Control Centre, a Welfare and office facility and various other ancillary buildings. The overall project is estimated at £800M. Construction is planned to complete in 2031.
This is a highly visible role requiring strong leadership, commercial awareness and the ability to drive performance across multiple contractors and technical disciplines.
