About the role
We're looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive new business and brand partnerships across Europe, Africa and the US for a leading global live entertainment business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and secure new brand partnerships and sponsorships
- Build relationships with senior brand and agency contacts
- Lead pitches, negotiations and partnership agreements
- Manage the sales pipeline and deliver against annual revenue targets
- Develop creative partnership strategies and sales presentations
- Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, social media and industry events
- Collaborate with internal teams and manage partner relationships
About You
- Previous experience in music brand partnerships or commercial sales
- Strong network of global brands across Europe, Africa and the US
- Deep understanding and genuine passion for Afrobeats and Amapiano
- Excellent sales, negotiation, presentation and communication skills
- Commercially minded, entrepreneurial and highly organised
- Confident working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Bonus
- Experience in major festivals, live entertainment or touring
- Strong knowledge of sports and the wider sports landscape
- Additional language skills
