SOC 3552 (88% match) is an eligible occupation, with a going rate of £41,700, and Taylor Hopkinson | Powered by Brunel is a licensed sponsor. That is our reading of the rules. Whether they issue a Certificate of Sponsorship is still their call.
Our client is a global leader in renewable energy technology, delivering innovative solar solutions across residential, commercial, and utility-scale applications. Due to continued growth in the UK market, they are looking to appoint a technically strong and customer-focused Pre-Sales Engineer to support their expanding solar PV business.
As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will serve as the technical expert supporting the UK sales team, EPC partners, developers, installers, and distribution partners throughout the sales cycle.
You will provide technical guidance on solar PV solutions, support system design activities, deliver customer presentations, and represent the business at industry events and conferences. This role requires a combination of strong engineering expertise, commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills.

Not necessarily. Taylor Hopkinson | Powered by Brunel holds a sponsor licence, but sponsorship for a specific hire is always the employer's decision. Be upfront in your application that you'll require it.
The offer must clear both the general threshold and the SOC 3552 going rate of £41,700. New-entrant and shortage discounts can lower it.
