We're seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Skills Coaches to join our dynamic team in our Worcester Service. We are looking for both full time and part time. In this crucial role, you'll be the driving force behind our employability programs, including Supported Internships, providing tailored support to learners with SEND. Do you want to see what we do? You will be accountable for learner progression in the workplace and achieving outcomes for the learner. You will deliver support in various ways; 1-1 job coaching, working with learners to develop employability skills and embed English and Math learning in the workplace. You will also support learning during classroom settings. The role aims to support people to learn the skills they need to go on and achieve sustained paid employment.
