The Sponsor Analyst will support the Programme Sponsorship team in ensuring our capital programmes deliver the outcomes and benefits they are designed to achieve. This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong analytical mindset and an understanding of project or programme delivery, who enjoys working with data, stakeholders and governance frameworks.
You will work closely with the Managing Sponsor and Functional Sponsor to develop and manage Benefit Management Plans (BMPs), provide insight on performance, and help keep programmes aligned to our strategic objectives.
This role offers the opportunity to influence investment decisions, support the realisation of benefits across Heathrow, and build experience in sponsorship, benefits management and programme governance.
