Are you an experienced Supply Chain Manager with a knack for creative, data-driven problem solving ready to lead the charge in grocery delivery? WW Grocery Supply Chain and Tech (WWGST) is seeking a strategic powerhouse to own initiatives that fuel the growth of our thriving grocery businesses. This position rolls into the Strategic Planning for Automation, Capacity and Expansion (SPACE) team focusing on scaling Perishable Distribution Centers (PDCs) worldwide.

Responsibilities

As a PDC SPACE Team Supply Chain Manager, you will spearhead our existing-building design changes, expansions and retrofits, defining the optimal operational design to be the best-in-class Grocery distributor. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth analysis on DC design requirements and comparison to best-in-class DCs.
• Designing efficient dock and storage layouts to support increase DC volumes and delivery destinations.
• Determining strategic opportunities to improve operational efficiency and storage capacity.
• Integrating best-in-class technology to enable real-time tracking and seamless customer experiences.
• Launching new UTR programs and processes to support all perishable business banners.
• Driving continuous improvements to customer satisfaction and service levels.
  
  

This role requires a dynamic blend of analytical, technical, strategic, and operational expertise. You'll need to balance Under-the-Roof (UTR) design assumptions with upstream/downstream customer needs, quantify tradeoffs to make informed design decisions, lead business-critical workstreams, and manage our evolving network of facilities serving customers nationwide. As part of a global organization, you'll also collaborate with international partners to standardize best practices and elevate our grocery delivery prowess to new heights.

Key job responsibilities

• Partnering with Retail, Operations, Product, Delivery and Supply Chain Execution teams to define capacity reporting, operational design, and operating/reporting models.

3+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.

3+ years of owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
