About the role:

As Strategic Sourcing Manager you'll play a pivotal role in optimising procurement processes and supply chain strategies across our global organisation. Based in Fareham with a need for travel, this position is essential for driving cost efficiencies and ensuring the timely delivery of quality materials. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supplier relationships and contribute to the overall success of our purchasing and procurement initiatives.

As Strategic Sourcing Manager, you’ll:

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimise procurement processes.
• Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably in a mid-senior role.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
