Student Success Manager | £65,000 – £70,000 DOE
Location: Hybrid 3 days on site in St Albans

We’re looking for a data-driven, commercially minded Student Success Manager to lead and shape our student retention strategy, driving progression, reducing attrition, and maximising student lifetime value across the full learner journey.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll use insight, analytics, automation, and AI to solve complex challenges, improve student outcomes, and directly influence business growth.
We’re looking for someone with:
Proven hands-on experience in retention, lifecycle management, or customer success
A strong track record of improving retention and progression through data-led strategies Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability with that innovative approach.
Experience leading high-performing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
Expertise in CRM systems, automation, and multi-channel engagement strategies.
