Talent Coordinator – Hedge Fund – £60-80k base + Large bonus

A multi-billion dollar AUM hedge fund are looking to hire a Talent Coordinator into their expanding London HR function.

Working within a team of established HR professionals, the hire will play a key role in supporting the London based talent acquisition team, albeit with full ownership of specific EMEA business areas. Core to the role is managing recruitment coordination / scheduling across a high-volume and fast-paced environment, while partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates throughout the interview process. The hire will also take ownership of broader talent projects, including improving existing processes, reporting / data management and implementing new technology.

The successful candidate will be given significant responsibility and exposure to senior stakeholders, with the opportunity to take ownership of increasingly complex talent initiatives as they develop. An ability to step up into a senior business facing role day one and an ability to work at high volume is key.

Candidates should have roughly 3-6yrs experience working within recruitment. We are particularly interested in candidates coming from high-performing financial services, professional services or technology environments, where they will have gained experience operating in a demanding, high-volume recruitment function. We could also consider an individual looking to move in-house for the first time. Strong attention to detail, organisation and stakeholder management skills are essential.

The role is expected to pay a £60-80k base salary, dependent on experience. High performers within the HR team earn large % bonuses in addition to this. Furthermore, all breakfast/lunch, gym and industry qualifications are fully subsidised.
