What You'll Do
- Manage general office administration, including mail control, diary coordination, and maintaining personnel records (including assets such as mobile phones).
- Arrange travel, accommodation, vehicles, and order Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the team.
What you'll need
Essential
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency in relevant IT packages.
- Experience working as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the railway environment and geography.
- Recognised qualification in office management or keyboard skills.
- Experience in records management.
