Technical Architect
Ready to shape the technical foundations that power one of the UK’s largest and fastest-moving delivery networks?
At Evri, our Architecture and Engineering teams are transforming how our technology operates end-to-end - modernising platforms, scaling cloud capability and building secure, reliable and high-performing systems that support millions of customers every day.
As we continue to invest in innovation, cloud engineering and automation, the role of Technical Architect is more critical than ever. If you want to influence technical direction at scale, work with modern technologies and be part of a team where your expertise is valued and visible - this is the place to do it.
Join us as a Technical Architect and help shape how we design and deliver the next generation of Evri’s technology landscape - ensuring our systems are secure, scalable and engineered for long-term success.
If you're analytical, curious, highly technical and enjoy collaborating with engineers, architects and product teams to define robust solutions, this could be your next step.
What you’ll be doing
As a Technical Architect, you’ll translate high-level solution designs into clear, scalable and secure low-level designs that support engineering teams to deliver effectively.
Working closely with Solution Architects, Engineering Principals, Developers, Product Owners and SREs, you’ll ensure solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements while aligning to architectural standards.
You’ll operate across multiple domains, supporting delivery, managing technical debt, improving standards and driving innovation through proof-of-concepts and emerging technologies.

Not necessarily. Evri holds a sponsor licence, but sponsorship for a specific hire is always the employer's decision. Be upfront in your application that you'll require it.
The offer must clear both the general threshold and the SOC 2133 going rate of £54,900. New-entrant and shortage discounts can lower it.
