About the role
Functions:
-Plan, organize and coordinate the work team, in accordance with the objectives set, carrying out the corresponding monitoring and ensuring compliance with Health&Safety.
-Coordinate the technical assistance staff for the correct customer service and for the displacement of the Technical Assistance Service (SAT) staff.
-Propose the sizing of human resources and ensure their correct qualification to guarantee the quality of the service.
-Verify the indicators to guarantee the profit margin and/or cost control of the services offered.
-Ensure that the commitments made with the customer in terms of after-sales are carried out in a cost-efficient manner. Organise, size and supervise the centres for the collection and replacement of components. Implement and ensure the international and national operations of repair services.
-Ensure the correct use of manual and mechanical tools and compliance with applicable regulations.
-Engage in seamless two-way communication.
-Anticipate and propose innovative solutions, within their area of competence.
-Channel the needs of recognition, training and work-life balance.
-Any other function inherent to the job or professional group to which they belong, which is attributed to them.
