Functions:
-Plan, organize and coordinate the work team, in accordance with the objectives set, carrying out the corresponding monitoring and ensuring compliance with Health&Safety.

-Engage in seamless two-way communication.
-Anticipate and propose innovative solutions, within their area of competence.
-Channel the needs of recognition, training and work-life balance.
