Telecoms Delivery Coordinator

The Vacancy

We're looking for someone who knows telecoms delivery from the inside: the supplier relationships, the circuit provisioning, the escalations, and the satisfaction of getting a complex order over the line.

ASK4 is a UK connectivity provider specialising in residential and commercial buildings. We manage end-to-end connectivity solutions across the UK and Europe, and our delivery team is central to everything we promise our clients.

About the Role

Internally known as a Connect Delivery Specialist, this role sits at the heart of our connectivity delivery operation. You'll manage the end-to-end coordination of third-party circuits including Ethernet, Mobile Data, and FTTX, from order placement through to successful delivery. You'll own supplier relationships, manage escalations, and work closely with our engineering and commercial teams to keep complex orders on track. Your work has direct, visible impact on the client experience.

This role can be performed remotely from anywhere in the UK, with occasional travel to Sheffield and to client and survey sites as required.

What you'll be doing

• Managing and coordinating third-party connectivity orders end-to-end, including Ethernet, FTTX, and Mobile Data circuits
• Liaising directly with carriers and suppliers, tracking orders, resolving anomalies, and owning escalations through to resolution
• Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships through regular reviews and structured communications
• Planning contingency solutions, particularly in new-build environments where timelines are complex
• Coordinating engineer visits and keeping all stakeholders informed throughout
• Producing accurate weekly and monthly reports and KPI data
• Collaborating across engineering and commercial teams on delivery solutions

What we're looking for

You'll have worked in a telecoms or ISP delivery environment. You understand how circuit provisioning works, you know the supplier landscape, and you're not fazed by the complexity that comes with third-party dependencies. Beyond that, you're organised, a clear communicator, and proactive when things don't go to plan.

Specifically, you'll bring:

• Hands-on experience in telecoms or ISP delivery including circuit provisioning, order management, or supplier coordination
• Strong supplier or customer management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• A track record of managing competing priorities to deadline
• Familiarity with Ethernet, FTTX, or Mobile Data products is a strong advantage
• European language skills (Polish, Italian, French, or Portuguese) are a bonus given our European footprint
