SOC 2259 (85% match) is an eligible occupation, and University Hospital Southampton NHS FT is a licensed sponsor. That is our reading of the rules. Whether they issue a Certificate of Sponsorship is still their call.

Worth checking: this could also be SOC 3213 (Medical and dental technicians, Theatre technician role if duties were equipment-focused rather than patient care), which is not on the eligible-occupation list. Ask University Hospital Southampton NHS FT what the duties actually are.
