Job Introduction

THIRD PARTY CONTRACTS MANAGER (INTERNAL CANDIDATES ONLY)  | PERMANENT | ELTON OR DERRYLIN BASED | £50-59K

As our Third Part Contracts Manager, you’ll be managing and coordinating supplier relationships for Glass Crushing, Pallet Restitution & Rework Services and External Warehouse providers in GB & Ireland, ensuring services are delivered effectively through performance monitoring, cost control, and alignment with Enicrc's operational requirements.

Lead current and future projects relating to on-site and off-site Glass Crushing and Pallet Restitution & Rework activities, ensuring efficient project delivery, continuous improvement, and alignment with operational requirements.

Act as the single point of contact for on-site and off-site Glass Crushing and Pallet Restitution & Rework Services, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and business projects.

Forecast future glass crushing volumes and coordinate processing capacity to ensure timely and cost effective support of operational requirements

Support the development, implementation, management and monitoring of budgets for Glass Crushing, Pallet Restitution & Rework Services and External Warehousing used to ensure cost effective service delivery and value for money.

Identify and secure external warehousing capacity as required, leading procurement activities, contract implementation and ongoing supplier management

The Key Requirements 

• Degree level, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or Business Administration
• Experience in Change Management
• Knowledge of the Encirc Elton site and operations
• Knowledge of the services required by Enicrc and the services offered by GRL & GSS
• Experience contract manager for service provision
• Experience in developing plans and managing budgets

Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-2.30pm - 38.75 hrs
