Overview Our client is a leading international manufacturing organisation with operations across multiple global markets. Due to continued growth and the increasing strategic importance of treasury across the group, they are seeking to appoint a Treasury Manager to lead their treasury function and support the organisation's long-term objectives.

Role Summary Reporting directly to the Tax & Treasury Director, the Treasury Manager will take ownership of the Group's global treasury activities, including cash management, liquidity planning, foreign exchange risk, banking relationships and financing activities. This is a high-profile role offering regular exposure to senior leadership, including the CFO and wider Finance Leadership Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening treasury governance, enhancing reporting capabilities and driving process improvements across an international business.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Group's global cash and liquidity position.
• Develop and enhance cash flow forecasting across multiple international entities.
• Manage foreign exchange exposures and support treasury risk management activities.
• Maintain and develop relationships with banking partners and external treasury providers.
• Support refinancing activities, banking facility renewals and covenant compliance.
• Provide treasury reporting and analysis to senior leadership teams.
• Drive treasury process improvement, automation and operational efficiencies.
• Support working capital initiatives across the wider finance function.
• Maintain treasury controls, governance frameworks and policy compliance.
• Contribute to strategic projects and broader finance leadership initiatives.

To Be Suitable

• Qualified treasury professional (AMCT/MCT preferred) or equivalent treasury experience.
• Strong corporate treasury experience within a multinational or complex business environment.
• Experience of cash management, liquidity forecasting and treasury controls.
• Knowledge of FX risk management, hedging and banking relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
• Experience of delivering process improvements and treasury transformation initiatives.
• Advanced Excel and treasury systems knowledge.
• Commercially aware, proactive and able to operate autonomously.
