As a Client Care Coordinator, you'll be at the centre of our Regional Treatment Centre, helping to create a positive and professional experience for every client. From managing appointments and handling confidential information to answering enquiries and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the service, you'll be a trusted first point of contact for those who need us.
We're looking for someone with experience in customer service, reception, or a similar role who enjoys working with people and can confidently manage multiple priorities. You'll be highly organised, adaptable, and able to communicate with empathy and professionalism, even in a busy environment.

In return, you'll benefit from free parking at all locations, reimbursement for travel outside the Oxford centre, opportunities to develop new skills through additional organisational responsibilities, and the chance to build a rewarding career within a supportive and inclusive team.
This is more than an administration role, it's an opportunity to contribute to a service that makes a real difference to people's lives every day. If you're ready to bring your organisational skills, positive attitude, and commitment to excellent client care to a role with genuine purpose, we'd love to hear from you.
