Content and Influencer Executive (f/m/d)

Purpose of Position

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and motivated individual to play an integral role in the fast paced and rewarding environment of account management. As a Content & Influencer Executive, you will act as the main point of contact managing creators and content sites for Marks & Spencer. You will work closely with the Account Manager to implement strategies to continually grow and optimise the influencer portfolio. You’ll have previous experience in social media and influencer marketing and be comfortable leading your own projects. You’ll need to be happy addressing current clients and prospects, and using social listening and analytics tools.

Key Tasks

• Assume ownership and serve as the primary point of contact for influencers working via the affiliate channel with Marks & Spencer.
• Effectively manage influencer campaigns including:
• Managing paid activity and gifting budgets
• Briefing and communicating with creators
• Utilising creator platforms to manage creator campaigns and performance
• Providing post campaign performance and strategy insights to M&S
• Deliver regular reports on influencer performance, optimisation and strategy suggestions.
• Proactively recruit new influencers, working closely with them to optimise their performance.
• Manage influencer budgets in line with the wider affiliate marketing budget
• Proactively analyse industry trends, factoring these into your influencer strategy for M&S.

Regularly leverage & utilise the Awin platform and third-party tools (i.e. Tableau, PowerBI, SimilarWeb, etc.) to gain performance insights and analysis.

Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, publishers and internal teams via email, phone and face-to-face.

Provide support to all team members when necessary and be a reference point of knowledge and expertise for more junior members of the team.

Regular attendance to local Awin and/or client offices is mandatory to strengthen client partnerships.

Skills & Expertise

• Proven experience working with influencers or within social media.
• Expertise in managing multiple social media platforms.
• Experience managing influencer campaigns.
• Experience of using influencer management platforms such as CreatorIQ, LTK or similar to manage influencer campaigns.
• Be a fast learner with strong team orientation and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry, including commission models, tracking solutions and various affiliate types.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite, specifically Excel and Powerpoint and willingness to learn new technology systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to be flexible and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Accepts and seeks out ownership and accountability of work
