Key Responsibilities
Coordinate statutory compliance across Fire Safety, Water Hygiene, Asbestos, Gas Safety, Electrical Safety, Lifting Equipment and other estates-related compliance disciplinesCoordinate compliance assurance activities including audits, inspections and regulatory reviewsAct as a key CAFM system user, maintaining asset data, workflows and reporting.Manage asset records, O&M manuals, warranties and technical documentation arising from capital projectsRequirements:
Educated to A-level or equivalent, or demonstrable relevant experience in a facilities, estates, or construction environmentAwareness of health and safety legislation relevant to facilities and estates worksExperience coordinating statutory complianceExperience using CAFM systems
